Our services include: primary and preventive care, internal medicine, pediatrics, orthopaedics, physical therapy, psychiatry/outpatient counseling, and bone density testing. For your convenience, lab and x-ray services are also available on site Monday through Friday, and referrals to medical specialists will be coordinated as needed to provide you high-quality, comprehensive care that meets your personal needs.

If you have an unexpected illness and wish to schedule an appointment, please call as early in the day as possible so we can make every attempt to accommodate your needs. If you wish to utilize our walk-in service, no appointment is necessary. We will make every effort to meet your needs in a timely manner.

Financial assistance is available to those who are income-eligible and fees are charged in accordance with a sliding discount policy based on family size and income.
