Springfield Medical Care Systems, Inc. provides, either directly or through contracts or cooperative arrangements, basic health services including:
- primary care
- diagnostic laboratory and radiologic services
- preventive services including prenatal and perinatal care
- cancer and other disease screenings
- well child services
- immunizations against vaccine-preventable diseases
- screening for elevated blood lead levels
- communicable diseases and cholesterol
- behavioral health services
These services are accessible on-site, or through referral, at all SMCS health center locations.
