The SMCS community health center network consists of eight federally-qualified health center locations, which include walk-in care at the Ludlow and Bellows Falls, VT locations.

These sites make high-quality, comprehensive, and affordable care available to all, regardless of ability to pay. Services include primary and preventive health for people of all ages, pediatrics, diagnostic lab and radiologic services, health screenings, and mental health programs. Services will soon include dental care and access to discounted pharmaceuticals.
